Cogent Governance is led by Dr Mimi Ajibadé FCG, a Chartered Governance Professional with more than 25 years in governance across FTSE, multinational and development-finance organisations. She holds a PhD in Corporate Law and Governance and served seven and a half years as a non-executive director of Chatham House.
She speaks Mandarin and is proficient in Chinese. She also speaks and reads intermediate Yoruba and conversational Hausa.
Approach
Work usually begins with a diagnosis: understanding where AI sits in the organisation and how accountability for it reaches the board. Cogent Governance also advises on cross-border governance risk and on board and committee effectiveness.
