Succession is one of the board’s core responsibilities, yet the plans meant to deliver it are rarely designed with the same rigour as the rest of the governance framework. This course shows you how to design a succession plan that protects continuity, leadership and decision quality, covering the board, its committees and key officeholders. Includes pre-course reflection exercises, the live session with pair work, and a course workbook to use afterwards as a playbook. Led by Dr Mimi Ajibadé FCG, Chartered Governance Professional and former non-executive director of Chatham House. The course runs once six places are confirmed.
